What Does The Results Showing: ET=5.2mm , Right Ovary Shows Four Dominant Follicles Indicate?

hi doctor my Hsg and laproscopy reports are normal and im 3rd cycle of iui ,on 8th day my tvs results are ET=5.2mm , Right ovary shows four dominant follicles size=12,12,12,11 and left ovary shows only one dominant follicles size=11. i just want to know that is these reports are normal? and how can i improve my uterine linning

Thanks for writing to HCM

According to TVS report,you have absolutely normal findings.
There are four dominant follicles in right ovary and one follicle in left ovary.One of them will take part in ovulation.
Endometrial thickness is also normal.Thickness also varies with the stage of menstrual cycle.
