What Does The Scan Report Suggest?

scan report of my wife at 31 wks and 5 days showed this results...she also has low PAPP-A...... BPD-76mm,HC-277mm,AC-250mm,FL-56mm.....cervix-3.6cms,internal os closed,everything else normal which includes doppler too....Kindly give your opinion and inference of this result...She gets squeezing type of pain at near umbilicus..Thank you

PAPP-A is a marker of placental function and can be associated with risks such as pre-term labor,stillbirth and IUGR so patient should be monitored closely.
Rest of the findings are normal.
Maturity is not mentioned corresponding to weeks,so you should ask your radiologist to do so.
