What Does The Scan Report With Bulky Uterus Indicate?

doctor, my friend who is 38 and who otherwise having regular periods and pregnancy test negative as 20 days delay since missed period. Scan report says uterus 10.4cm X 4.4cm X 4.9cm. Normal appearing anteverted uterus with homogeneous myometrial echoes. No focal lesions. Bulky uterus showing normal echopattern. Is she having any problem with uterus. What does bulky uterus mean
