Hi mam, My sister in law is pregnant 8 months completed with twin babies. After scanning today the impression we got is Impression:single live intra uterine fetus of about 31 week 4 days gestation in cephalic presentation. Is this applicable for both the babies or for only one baby.please provide me the details we are scared.

Thanks for asking in healthcaremagic forum

In short: According to scan report it is singleton pregnancy not twin

Explanation: First of all I want to know that do you have any record that shows two gestation. As per your scan report which you have written, report says that you have single foetus with cephalic presentation.
Contact your doctor who told you have twin pregnancy or go back to your doctor who did ultrasound scanning for you to get your query cleared.
Good luck
