Hello
Thanks for writing to us

According to report, early diastolic notch indicates compromised fetal blood supply in diastolic phase.Normally, fetus should have adequate blood supply in both systolic and diastolic phase.
It is important to know about physical condition of your wife means whether she is suffering from hypertension etc.

She need close observation and follow up scan.
She should be in contact with her doctor for regular follow up.

Get well soon.
Take Care
