What Does The Scan Result Indicate?

My menses period is started 13th this month, but since my bleeding not get stoped. I am gone for pelvis scan.Scan report is:My uterus is bulky and measures 10.7×4.4×5.6 cm. Endometrium appears thickened and measures 14.4mm.Is it normal?Or any problem may be occur?

1.It is not normal.
2.Its seen in case of hyperplasia (multiplication of the myometrium).
3.Presence of any lesions - but not noted in the scan.
4.Adenomyosis ( bulky uterus with distortion of differentiation)
5.Even endometrium thickened. treatment depending upon your symptoms and age. ( hormonal therapy to hysterectomy)
