Your husband semen analysis report suggest that he is suffering from asthenozoospermia. It means his sperm motility is below normal. His spem count is normal. But with this motility it is very difficult to conceive naturally. you should go for semen wash to increase the motility. consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
