Hello and welcome to HCM, The semen analysis report is as follows: 1. Volume of semen is 1.5 ml per ejaculate. The normal volume of semen is 2ml per ejaculate. The volume in your case is low. 2. Sperm count is 10.4 million per ml. Normal sperm count is 20 million per ml. The sperm count in your case is low. 3. Normal sperm motility should be 50%. In your case the sperm motility is only 30% which is low. You have not mentioned about the sperm morphology. Normal sperm morphology should be atleast 50%. Presence of epithelial cells and WBCs (pus cells) in urine suggests urinary infection. Absence of growth after 48 hours rules out infection. however antibiotic therapy is required. You need to repeat semen analysis after treatment of infection.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja P Wahal
