Hi I have done my Simen Analysis test . Is it normal or not Plz help me Report : Quantity      1.2cc Viscosity      normal Reaction      Alkaline Liquefaction     40’ Count           98 Million /ml Active           30 Sluggish     30 Non-motile     40 Pus cell          1-2 RBCs          0-1 Spermatogenic Cell      few Abnormal       15 Other           Nill

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your semen analysis report suggests infection.This is indicated by presence of pus cells,RBC.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
Other investigation like routine hemoram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
You should consult your doctor.
