What Does The Sonography Of My Wife Suffering From Leukorrhea Indicate?

Hi, My wife is suffering from leucohrrea. Dr. Advised for sonography. The report shows as following. The uterus is anteverted, mildly bulky measures 7.8x4.7x3.8 cm. Endometrium thickness:8.4mm. No obvious myometrial lesions seen. Both ovaries normal. Left ovary is noted in POD. Both adnexa clear No evidence of free fluid seen in the cul-de-sac. Plz, tell me my wife is pregnant or no. And advise the best medications.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, Leucorrhea is not the disease but it is the sing and most of the time it is the normal phenomenon seen it may not be due to any disease but it is always physiological unless it is proved due to some infection and if it so then it is very typical one and can be treated very easily and it may not need any sonography here the sonography findings may be unremarkable and no need to worry about this hope this information helps.
