What Does The Sperm Analysis Result Indicate?

Hi, I am 35 years old married man. My height is 5'11" and weight is 92 kgs. I am diabetic. I got my siemen analysis done and report shows:
Color: Greyish White
Volume: 1.5 ml
Viscosity: Viscous
Liquefaction time: >3 hrs
PH: 8.0
Sperm count; 96.0 million/ml
WBC/Pus cells: 5-8 / HPF
Motility:
Rapid & Progressively linear: 30%
Slow & sluggish linear: 30%
Whirling & non linear: 15%
Immotile: 25%
Morphology: Abnormal - 30%, Normal- 70%, Agglutination: Absent, Fructose- Positive
IMPRESSION: Normozoospermia with infection & delayed liquefication

Please let me know my chances of becoming a father, or do I need to undergo some treatment. Please help.

Hello
Thanks for writing to us

You may be suffering form semen infection.Increased liquefaction time is also due to semen infection.
Infection is indicated by the presence of excess pus cells in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI.

You need investigations like routine hemogram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis.
Proper antibiotics should be prescribed depending upon culture and sensitivity report of semen.
You need antibiotics for infection.

Rest of the findings like sperm count ,sperm motility and morphology are within normal limit.
