What Does The Sperm Count Values In My Below Semen Analysis Report Suggest?

Hi Doc, I am Rajesh my age 30 year and I am trying to have a baby. I am giving you my semen ànalysis report pls. Suggest if I have any problem in my report. Sperm count 16 Million/ml Actively Motile 15% Sluggishly Motile 40% Dead sperms 55% Morphology(abnormal) 25% Pus cells 2-4/hpf

The sperm count at 16 million is adequate, though greater than 20 mill/ml is preferred.

There is also decreased activity as well.

It is possible that conception can still occur with these numbers but if you have difficulty, a fertility specialist can be consulted.
