General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It can be soft tissue inflammation or cellulitis but should be reviewed by a surgeon and lymph nodes enlargement or any neoplastic growth should be ruled out. Ultrasound of the lesion and biopsy may be needed if persist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
