Hii Sir My bby is 18 months old... Nd having frequent dization related problem like mucuse nd cramps. In stomach...recently c hs got admitted coz of acute diariha... Her stool report Color- greenish Consistency-loose Mucus-present Parasites absent Reaction-alkaline Trophozoites-absent Ova- absent Cysts-absent Pus cells-30-35 Rbc-15-17 Bacteria.absent What is dis....nd c hs also found allergy by banana. Orange. Almond. Tomato. What should I do nd to whom (specialist) I consult. Pls help....

Hello

Your baby's stool analysis findings suggests infection.Infection is indicated due to presence of excess pus cells,RBC in stool.
It may be due to both bacteria or virus.
There are no parasites or cysts in sample so it excludes parasitic infection.

Your baby need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,stool culture/sensitivity.

He may need antibiotics should be based upon culture and sensitivity report.

He should be fed clean food and hydration of baby should be maintained.
