Pathologist and Microbiologist, Dr. Jyothi B L's Response
Hi, After analyzing all the details given by you, I would say you are almost fit. The lipid profile is normal, however, I would like to see more of HDL. You can change your diet to low fat and predominantly good fat diet. TMT report shows high heart rate with increased blood pressure during the work out. ECG findings are not available and I would expect it to be normal. There is nothing to suggest on TMT except for MET (metabolic equivalent ) levels. MET value based on test is bit high. So a mild positive result is given. Mild positive does not indicate any risk factor. You need not worry. You can another test in six months or an year to looks for ECG changes. Any further queries, happy to help again.
