What Does The Test Results Suggest?

Dear dr i ve done widal , brucella test could you please help me? brucella : abortus 1/20 , metinensis 1/20 widal : s.typhi o 1/160 , T.H 1/160 , s.paratyphi AH 1/80 , s.paratyphi BH 1/320 i am suffering bad breath thank you in advance

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The test results posted by you show that the antibody titres against Salmonella typhi and Salmonella paratyphi is raised.
Salmonella typhi and Salmonella paratyphi are bacteria which cause enteric fever.
Enteric fever is another name for typhoid fever.
Thus, the test report suggests presence of typhoid fever.
The titres above 1:160 indicate the presence of infection.
The test for other infections is negative.
You need to consult your doctor with reports for prescription of antibiotics for the infection.
