Fibrocavitatory changes in right upper and mid zone with pull of trachea and hilum are due to sequel of infection.Infection naturally heals by fibrosis and calcification.Findings are due to past history of T.B. Fibrosis causes ipsilateral pull of trachea and hilum may also be pulled if fibrosis is extending up to hilum. This condition doesn't generally require any treatment unless it compromises pulmonary functions. Findings are not serious at all.
