Hi, I have gone through your question. TSH levels in third trimester of pregnancy should be less than 3.5 , since your levels are more Your levothyroxine dose needs to be increased.
Thyroid hormone levels should be kept optimum by proper dosing, as the thyroid deficiency in third trimester can lead to complications like sudden intrauterine death, although it is very rare.
I would suggest you to get your levothyroxine dose adjusted by your treating doctor.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
