Hi,
I had gone through your question thoroughly and i would like to tell you that you need to take medicine to control thyroid, as its level might again increase.
As per your both reports, its good that your thyroid is now under control, but again you need to repeat the TSH level every 6 monthly to check and i also suggest you to check TSH levels in same laboratory again. If its level is high again, then please start medicine advised by your doctor, because fluctuating thyroid levels can cause problem in conceiving.
PCOD is again one of the cause of infertility, so check your hormone levels and take regular treatment for it after consulting a gynec. Try to reduce your weight and take healthy diet.
So all and all, you need to take proper medicines to control your thyroid and also have to treat PCOD. Let me know if you have any further queries, i will be happy to guide you.
