What Does The Transvaginal Ultrasound With A Complex Component In Ovary Indicate?

Hi, I had a transvaginal ultrasound earlier and it says:

Uterus: uterus is enlarged with homogenous myometrical echopattern.

A single gestational sac is noted measuring 6.4mm

Right ovary: a complex component measurig 1.0cm x 1.1 cm x 1.1 cm(0.7ml) is seen in the right ovary.

Left ovary: not visualized.

Cervix: 2.0x1.5x2.0cm nabothian cyst: none

Others: no mass is seen in the adnexae.
Minimal fluid is seen in the posterior cul de sac.

Impression:

-very early intrauterine pregnancy (follow up scan after 1week is suggested to confirm viability and to determine aog)
-normal right ovary with a corpus luteum
-minimal posterior cul de sac fluid
-normal cervix and adnexae
-non visualized left ovary.
