Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest prominent right kidney pelvis of the foetus.
2.Such conditions are seen in the distal obstruction in the ureter, could be pelvi-uretric, vesico-uretric or narrowing anywhere in throughout the course of the ureter.
3.In this case one has to look into for any associated anomalies, nothing were mentioned in the repost - suggests normal.
4.Further followup of the AP diameter is needed during and post pregnancy period.
5.Its not a serious condition - followup is necessary. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query,
