What Does The Ultra Sound With Enlarged Cervix Indicate?

my wifes ob visit today...dr want to test further with ultra sound...stated uterus seemed larger than average. cervix bled with just minor touch. Bladder has dropped... a bunch of scary statements. can you give some insight while we wait for test etc wife is 56 regular periods
