67 y/o,female,5 feet flat and 56 kilos.my hemoglobin is getting low every time I go for a CBC,the last time the result was only 89.So,I decided to underwent Ultrasond of the whole abdomen and their impression was:Gall bladder polyps,Non-dilated biliary tree,Normal sonogram of the liver,pancreas,spleen,abdominal aorta and left kidney.,Focal cortical scarring,right kidney,unchanged since last ultrasound examination,Mild Pelvocaliectasis,right kidney.,No interval changed in status of the right infero-lateral urinary bladder sacculation.Right kidney- 9.66 x 3.90 / 1.30 cm. L x W x T/cortical thickness Left kidney- 9.24 x 4.25 / 1.28 cm. L x W x T/cortical thickness Urinary bladder is physiologically distended with normal anechoic lumen. There is no interval changed in size of the previously mentioned sacculation at the right infero-lateral aspect of the urinary bladder, measuring about 1.83 x .56 cm.
