What Does The Ultrasound Regarding My Uterus Indicate?

My 26 yrs old my period has been late 16 days and the last time I had an ultrasound was on february 28 in they told me that my uterus was thicken and I had little cyst on my ovzaries and that both of my ovaries were close to my s uterus and to each other does that mean im pregnant?
