What Does The Ultrasound Report Indicate?
I had a ultrasound last month and it said i have a simple cyst thats 4cm. I had another ultrasound yesterday and this is what the ultrasound report says now...in the right cul de sac,there is a ovarian enlargement and complexity with areas of simple cystic change, and other areas of hypoechoic material and septations. the morphology is more complex then the prior study and the apperance is most suggestive of hemorrhagic cyst. largest cyst measures 49x25x33mm. should i be concerned? should it be removed?

You are suffering from complex ovarian cyst due to hemorrhagic cyst
You need proper clinical examination and further investigations.MRI can be done if needed.
Usually doctors prescribe birth control pills to control hemorrhagic cysts. If the pain persists,the doctor may suggest cyst removal.
