What Does The Ultrasound Report Indicate?

i want to know wether my ultrasound report is normal? By size 32 W 3 D(+_2 WEEKS BREECH PREGNANCY) single live breech fetus with BPD 83mm, HC 303mm, AC 270mm, FL61mm, EFW 1823gm, pl=post,uls SAC,FCA=OK fetal structure and amount of liquor are normal(AFI 15cm).the placenta is implanted posteriorly; os is clear.doppler spectra from the umbilical arteries are normal.my last menstural date is 1st december 2013. i m not sure about current week of pregnancy and due date.could u tell me about that? in the ultrasound report its due on 27.8.2014. also i want to know am i going to have a normal delivery procedure or c-section? how much weight should i have now. i m 68 kg right now is that ok? what does placenta is implanted posteriorly mean?

Hello

You have normal findings.
There is a single live fetus with breech presentation(means fetal head is towards maternal pelvis).Normal delivery presentation is also possible in breech presentation.You shouldn't worry about this.It is too early to comment on type of delivery will you have,it depend upon many things.

Maturity of fetus is 32 weeks and 3 days.
Placenta is posterior in position,means it is situated in posterior wall of the uterus.This is a normal finding.
Amniotic fluid amount is normal.
Estimated fetal weight by USG is 1823 grams.
Your weight is normal.

Doppler findings are also normal.
