What Does The Ultrasound Result Indicate?

I am 19yrs old, height 5ft and weight 54kgs. I got my ultrasound done recently and the result stated that i have bilateral polycystic ovaries and multiple similar sized follicles arranged at ovarian periphery. No adenexal mass or cyst noted. Is it normal?

Its a common disease were u have irregularities in mensturation.
Central obesity,Insulin resistance and difficulty in conceiving child.
Stop junk foods and start exercise. consult a Gynaecologist for menstrual problems if u have
