What Does The Ultrasound Scan Regarding Uterus Indicate?

hello, am 29yrs old I had a mis-carriage about 6 months ago...I had a scn whe my doctor says endometrium appears thickened and echogenic. also ovaries contain smalla follicles arranged in periphery 4.5 cc in right ovary and 3.9 cc in left ovary. Thin walled clear cyst in left ovary measuring 1.6 cm x 1.1cm. Uterus slightly smaller than normal size? what does all this mean... will I conceive again what is the problem with me. Please advice am getting into depression mode without knowing whats happening with me? please help...
