What Does The Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

8 days earlier, I had ultrasound that reported Gestational sac of normal size Healthy yolk sac with msd of 12.5 Gestational age is 5 week OS is closed Cervix is 31mm long A corpus luetum is visible on right side Impression: early intrauterine pregnancy of approx 5 week What does it mean??

All the indexes you mention from the ultrasound examination are normal. You have a normal 5-week pregnancy and the specification "early intrauterine pregnancy" means that it is early in the pregnancy (the first few weeks of pregnancy).
You have an intrauterine pregnancy, which means the pregnancy is developing in the womb, as it should, so you do not need to worry.
