It would have been better if you have mentioned your age and sex. Increased frequency of urination can be due to incomplete emptying of the urinary bladder which can be due to benign prostatic hypertrophy in males or a anterior uterine fibroid pressing on the urethra in females. The urine analysis report you mentioned in the question does not show any underlying urinary infection but it is showing one RBC in the urine report. The similar symptoms can be due to a stone in the urinary tract as well.
You can take Citralka syrup three times daily and flavoxate tablets for two days to relieve the urinary spasm. But you should get a ultrasound done at the earliest to rule out any obstructive causes for the similar presentation. A urine culture can also be done. Consult after getting the above investigations done.
