What Does The Urinalysis With Pus Cells : 2-4 Indicate?

I'm a male, 21 years old, about 70kg in weight and 170cm in height. I just got my urinalysis result, and i don't know if I have UTI or not. The result is composed of the ff:
Pus Cells: 2-4/hpf
RBC: 1-2/hpf
Epithelial Cells: few
Bacteria: rare
Phosphates: few

Thsnk you for your question on HCM. In my opinion male with more than 1 pus cell is considered to have infection in any part of urinary system. And more than puss cell you are also having RBCs in the urine. It is definitely pathological. Causes of RBCs in urine are infection, stones, stricture etc. RBCs and puss cells both suggest infection.
