Hello

Urine analysis findings may suggests urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated due to turbid appearance of urine and presence of excessive pus cells, occasional RBC and few bacteria in urine.
Trace amount of albumin is normally excreted in urine.

Your wife need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,renal function test,ultrasound of abdomen,urine culture/sensitivity.

Proper antibiotics should be based upon culture and sensitivity report.
She should drink plenty of water.

Get well soon.
Take Care
