What Does The Urine Result Showing: "Color-Pale Yellow, Appearance-Turbid, Specific Gravity-Q.N.S, Reaction-Acidic" Indicate?

Color- Pale yellow, Appearance-Turbid, Specific Gravity-Q.N.S, Reaction-Acidic, Albumin-Trace, Sugar-NIL, PUS Cells-3-6 H.P.F, RBC Cells-2-3 H.P.F, EP Cells 4-7 H.P.F, Casts-NIL, Crystils-NIL, Bacteria-NIL.
What does the above details in urine test indicate? Is everything ok?

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
This is indicated by presence of turbid colour of urine and presence of RBC,pus cells,epithelial cells etc in urine.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Random blood sugar,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed.
Ultrasound of abdomen can detect other associated pathology.
At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
