What Does The Urine Test Result Indicate?

hi!! im 36 yrs old female.i got my urine test done and the result is. color yellow, appearance s.turbid,sp.gravity.qns acidic reaction protein nil, sugar nil, wbc.2-4,rbc.0-2,ep.cells +++/hpf mucus nil. crystals nil,cast nill.. what does it means do I need to consult to the doctor? because i fell paining on right lower side of my stomach. thank u

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated by slightly turbid appearance of urine and presence of WBC,occasional RBC in urine.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed..
At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
You also need clinical correlation.
