What Does The Urine Test Show?
My daughter of 24 years unmarried suffering from fever since last three days and her urine test found Pale yellow in a volume of 10 ml,Reaction Acidic,Turbidity Nil,Sugar-Nil,Albumin-Nil,Phospate-Nio (Routine) and in (microscopic) Pus Cells-Occasional,RBC-Nil,E.P.Cells-4-5/HPF,Cast-Nil,Crystal Nil and Others -Nil.Please advise what homeopathic medicine she will take now.

Your daughter's urine report is normal.
Up to 5 WBC in urine are normal /HPF.
Epithelial cells are basically normal cells that represent contamination of the urine specimen with skin cells.It is very common and is not concerning.
Other findings are also within normal limit.
She need clinical correlation.Fever may be due to other reasons.
