What Does The Whitish Substance And Fluid That Burns The Vagina Indicate?

My girlfriend has a hormonal imbalance and during her menstrual period she expirience a whitish substance and fluid that burns her vagina and is so painful for her. She had seen a GYN and treated but the problem is back and she has only told mi of symptoms and the problem is so terrible that she can miscarriage if pregnant or get her uterus removed. I would like to know what she suffers from for my future
