What Does Thick Brown Vaginal Discharge While On Depo Shot Indicate?

Hi, I receive a depo shot in September and since then my cycles are 2til 3 weeks long. Now im having a really thick brown discharge and this started last week now im having a little pain in my stomach and back. Could this be a miscarriage or the depo throwing off my hormones.

It is mostly suggestive of vaginal fungal infection for which you can take some antibiotic preferably cefadroxyl or doxycycline after an expert opinion along with avil or cetrizine for itching. You can take fole 150 mg or use clingen-forte vaginal pessary to put into the vagina once daily for at-least 5 days. Maintain the hygiene of private part either by regular washing or you can use v-wash vaginal gel for local application.
