What Does Thick Vaginal Discahrge When Having Endometriosis And PCOS Indicate?

I have endometriosis and poly cystic ovaries.. Not sure if this relates to that but I have been having really yuk discharge. It is like white, thick and smells sorta fishy. I have only had one sexual partner and practice good hygiene. This has been a problem of mine for about 3 months. Please any help would be greatly appreciated

Discharge which is smells fishy, I think is not related to either endometriosis or PCOD. Fishy odor is seen in bacterial vaginosis.

It can be easily diagnosed by pelvic examination and by taking sample of vaginal discharge.
Bacterial vaginosis usually does not cause other health problems. But I advice you to see a doctor for further examination and prescription.
Bacterial vaginosis usually clears up in 2 or 3 days with antibiotics, but treatment goes on for 7 days. Do not stop using your medicine just because your symptoms are better. Be sure to take the full course of antibiotics.
