What Does Thick White Penis Discharge With Dry Foreskin Indicate?
my penis has been discharging a white thick liquid and it is also covered in a patch of extremely dry skin. like psriosis or however you spell it. but i do not have that. i have tried anti fungal meds and lotion. as well as exema cream and nothing works.

Hi. This is definitely an infection and may need an antibiotic with metrinidazole and an antifungal tablets orally. ( as they are prescription medicines , they have to be written by a Doctor). Most important to get your blood sugar done, as this may be the first indication of diabetes. Your partner ( if you have a sexual partner) needs the same treatment and abstain from sexual activities ( if you have). NO local ointment at the moment please.
