What Does Thick Whitish Substance In Vagina With Swelling Mean?

hi i am 18 years old, 5 ft 8 in. , 135 lbs, and my doctor is saying that i should go through some test to check whether or not i have thyroid problems or if im diabetic. i also just two weeks ago learned i am inemic ( low iron ). now i notice see a thick white-ish looking substance in my vagina, its swollen, and toward the back where these two small things are is a bump, thoses two swollen things are swollen two. whats goung on ?
