I am trying to understand my MRA results and am not sure what thickening and heterogeneity of the gluteus minimus tendon at its insertion in keeping with mild severity tendinosis. means or this The ligamentum teres of the right hip is noted to be thinned

It is due to long-standing inflammatory change. If you experience pain or difficulty in walking, physiotherapy may be needed. Surgical correction may not be required at this stage.
