What Does This EKG Test result Mean?

What does my ekg mean? Vent: 52 bpm, rr interval :1141 ms, pr interval : 144ms, qrs duration : 92ms, Qt interval :410ms, qtc interval :396ms, Qt dispersion : 58 ms, p/qrs/t axis: 19/-5/13. I take 25 MG of metrepolol one a day for tachycardia. BP is normal.

Your ECG is telling sinus bradycardia with normal intervals but few changes like STT needs to evaluate by having a look which can't be commented. Kindly upload your ECG for proper guidance.
