General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As there is chest pain at the age of 69 years with echo showing mild mitral and tricuspid regurgitation, it is best advised by the cardiologist for undergoing angiography with stent insertion if required during procedure to give best outcome in terms of heart function and coronary blood supply.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
