What Does This BP And Pulse Rate For Sickness Indicate?

Hello,I ve been sick off and on for the last couple of weeks. I ve not been able to really eat or drink for the last two days, though vomiting and are slowed. I m been feeling increasingly worse, and checked my pulse a while ago and averaging 110-145 and blood pressure ranging 155-185 / 130 s. Do I need to go to the ED or can I monitor and go to urgent care when they open? I m a 34 year old female - not significant medical history.
