What Does This BP Level Indicate?

Hi, I am 37 year old man and have blood pressure of 154/100. It s been this way for a while at least. I ;ve had an ECG and chest x ray plus a n endurance monitor but am not on tablets. I just keep panicking that I m about to have a heart attack. Is that likely?
