Hello
Welcome to Healthcare magic

Upper 90 means systolic blood pressure (BP) 90 mmhg which should be around 120 mmhg called normal and lower 60 means diastolic BP which should be around 90 mmhg.
Your BP is very low at this stage. Fainting and high perspiration may occur at this stage.
You are strictly advised to measure your BP twice daily.
Keep a card wt you always that you are suffering from low BP.
If possible regular consult your physician for BP advises and also test for ECG, anemia and your sugar level.
Eat small frequent meals and drink plenty of fluids. Use more salt in your diet. Do regular exercise for increasing your blood flow to heart.
Pleas take advises before taking any medicine.

Hope you are satisfied with these. Please feel free to ask further.
Have healthy life ahead and take care...

Hello
Since you passed out due to low blood pressure , this is alarming.
This condition is known as hypotension , may be due to these possibilities in 61 years age, these include:
1 Cardiac origin , diagnosis can be confirmed by E C G and echocasrdiography .
2 Non-cardiac origin as hypovolemia acute arrhythmia or sepsis .
Since , still your blood pressure is very low , so I recommend you consult a cardiologist and get his opinion as physical as well clinical examination is important in such cases.
Other causes are anemia , dehydration , tension.
Good luck.
