What Does This BP Value Indicate?

my bp was 109/61 and 107 should i be worried ? Well my legs went numb late at night and my lower back was hurting for a bit i have been really dizzy and light headed i fell as if just to look a way and or to do a task i fell even more of these symptoms please help me.

Hello. Good day. Thanks for writing to HCM. I am Dr Praveen and I will be answering your query today.
Your BP levels are on the lower side of the spectrum. You need to be evaluated. Are you on any special diet or medications? Do you have any other health condition? Do you take enough salt and fluids? You may need to see a physician who will measure your BP both in the lying and standing position. Apart from that you will need to do a hemogram and sodium and potassium levels.
