Pediatrician sent 3 year old Black male for CBC w/ diff due to history of anemia and currently has swollen lymph nodes (that she wanted to biopsy until she saw CBC results in office), said she was concerned about leukemia. Here are the results f g6pd (L) 0.4, B12 (H) 1828, mch (H) 92, lymphocytes (L) 1.8...peripheral blood (giesma stain), white blood cells: mild lymphopenia... What does this all mean? Still waiting on blood smear results to rule out malignancy.
