What Does This CT-guided Biopsy Test Result Of A TB Patient Indicate?

A patient is a 54 years old male he has been medically examined with CT guided biopsy in which the report has received multiple grey linear course measuring 0.2 20. 8 centimetres in length multiple sections examined show maly necrotic material only there is presence of a single fragment of fibrocollagenous tissue showing mild to moderate chronic inflammation the patient has already been diagnosed with tuberclosis 7 months before and has been treated and still on medication he has been referred by his doctor for the above CT guided biopsy so I want to know what does the above mentioned ct-guided biopsy report indicates and what are the next necessary steps which we should take please answer
