Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest there is a calcific area / granuloma in the right parietal region.
2.These granuloma are generally trace of previously healed infection / inflammatory changes.
3.The granulomas generally do not give any symptoms unless any associated adjacent oedema seen.
4.No active intervention required for the granulomas - no active treatment required.
5.It is not dangerous, but you have not mentioned cause to got CT done - please see any associated findings for the symptoms. Otherwise nothing to worry.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
any thing to ask ? do not hesitate to ask.
